**Please see below (in Bedroom Layout ) to understand the maximum occupancy difference between winter and summer months. Please note that reservation dates including mid-October through mid-May, the max occupancy is reduced to 6 (six) people, as the accommodations above the garage are winterized and not accessible to guests Only the main house is habitable and accessible to guests during mid-October through mid-May. This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow. To see exactly which dates in October/May are affected, please reach out to us PRIOR to booking to see if this will affect your potential reservation. Failure to read and understand the occupancy and layout, or to ask any questions you have about this rental PRIOR to booking will be solely the responsibility of the renter. It is your responsibility to understand the occupancy of the home during your specific dates.

This cabin is spacious, and gives you year round access to the incredible ATV/Snowmobile trail systems, hunting, fishing, & everything Yellowstone has to offer. The property features seclusion with superb access in the heart of Island Park. Enjoy a night of peaceful surroundings with local Moose, Deer and Elk. Other activities to enjoy include hiking, pond fishing, fly fishing, mountain biking, swimming in lakes and streams, kayaking, canoeing, wildlife watching, horseback riding, mountain climbing, and so much more ... ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ CLEANING: We have implemented updated and thorough cleaning procedures to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy
~ YELLOWSTONE West Entrance: About a 46 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ FISHING: Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 28 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about an 18 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway and plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
~ LOCATION: This home is pinpointed on the map ~ Zoom in/out and left/right to understand exact location
~ AIRPORTS nearby: Idaho Falls Regional (about a 1.5 hour drive), Bozeman Yellowstone International (about a 2 hour drive) or Jackson Hole Airport (about a 2.25 hour drive)
