Please note that reservation dates including mid-October through mid-May, the max occupancy is reduced to 6 (six) people, as the accommodations above the garage are winterized and not accessible to guests Only the main house is habitable and accessible to guests during mid-October through mid-May. This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow. To see exactly which dates in October/May are affected, please reach out to us PRIOR to booking to see if this will affect your potential reservation. Failure to read and understand the occupancy and layout, or to ask any questions you have about this rental PRIOR to booking will be solely the responsibility of the renter. ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.
