This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow. To see exactly which dates in October/May are affected, please reach out to us PRIOR to booking to see if this will affect your potential reservation. Failure to read and understand the occupancy and layout, or to ask any questions you have about this rental PRIOR to booking will be solely the responsibility of the renter. ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 28 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about an 18 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway and plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
