ROADS: This condo is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 11 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 6 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This condo has common parking, w/ 2 trailer parking lots
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
