Our past guests have really enjoyed their stay - and especially like the heated bathroom floors in two of the three bathrooms, cozy beds/linens and fun bright art - we hope you will too! The gateway to the Boise foothills, North End is renowned for its historic homes, tree-lined streets, relaxed culture and dozens of parks. Stroll to great coffee shops, restaurants, and retail in Hyde Park. Walk, bike, or drive in a few minutes to downtown. Nearby Elm Grove Park is perfect for younger kids and provides lots of shade in the summer months. Nearby Camel's Back Park is a local's favorite with playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts. Adjacent Hulls Gulch Camel's Back Reserve marks the entrance to the endless miles of hiking and biking trails of the Ridge to Rivers trail system. 1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
