ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions. No parking or driving any motorized vehicle off driveway on cabin lot. $300 HOA fine for riding any motorized vehicle of any kind off driveway.

~ FISHING: Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 20 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a pull-through driveway for your parking needs
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
