This neighborhood is where everyone in Boise wishes they lived. Tree Lined, Historic East End Neighborhood, 1 mile to downtown, 2 miles to BSU,  one block to a flat trail leading to the Botanical Gardens (summer concerts!), 50 acres of hiking and biking in Chief Eagle Eye Reserve, and local's favorite, Eagle Rock Park and Playground.  Wander south to find the Boise River Greenbelt for biking or walking for miles in either direction. Visit our local public pool, The Natatorium, complete with old school water slide, The Hydrotube!

This home and location are perfect for a stay with kids or dogs!  You may park in the driveway and there is ample parking along the street in the front of the house, a truck and trailer could be accommodated here. The home is a corner duplex and the owner lives in the adjoining unit and uses the back yard frequently. They wanted to share this incredible space but still give guests privacy so there is a privacy fence blocking the back yard windows and guests have access to the fenced front yard only. Garage is not available. 1-2 dogs welcome!
