Pool Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 keys for access to resort amenities.
The resort requires a debit or credit card to be held on file, but not charged for the keys.
Keys must return to the clubhouse upon departure to avoid a $53.50 charge for any key that is not returned.
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
