The condo is located on the 5th floor and does have elevator access. The condo is easily accessible by vehicle or motorcycle one block off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. A Bear s Hibernation condo is located minutes away from everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. You will find a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks coffee, Kroger, and a Food City all within 2 miles of the condo. Spend the day at Pigeon Forge Snow, Lost Mine Mountain Coaster, The Pigeon Forge Mountain Mile, The Island, or Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay An Epic Golf Adventure. With a dozen more activities, live shows, and shopping options available, there will surely be something for everyone. Please note that the resort does not allow trailer parking.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills adventure are over, visit tanger outlets local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
