Close to the major freeways and only a 10 min drive to Desert Ridge Marketplace and Highstreet for shopping, entertainment and dinning.  Only 15 mins to North Scottsdale where there is a plethora of stores, restaurants, nightlife and events.

Cristel Escape - Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in the Northern Phoenix, Deer Valley area. Beautifully designed, tranquil house in a quiet setting. Walking into the home, you ll be delighted by it s clean and cozy appearance. The living area has an open floor plan that connects the living room and dinning room, giving this space and open, airy feel. The living room has a gray section couch with an attached chaise accompanied by a small coffee table and a green sitting chair with ottoman. The living room has a 40 Smart TV that sits on top of the fireplace. The dinning room has a dark wooden table with black chairs that can sit up to six people.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances that include a large fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. There is plentiful cabinet space and you ll find the kitchen furnished with all of the cookware that you ll need to make a meal.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with upholstered frame. There are two night stands with lamps that sit on each side of the bed. Across from the bed is a wooden dresser cheat that has a 32 Smart TV sitting on top of it. The master suite has french doors that lead out to the pool area and an attached master bath suite. The master bathroom has a large walk-in closet that sits to the left, a dual vanity that sits in the middle and a walk-in shower to the right.

The second and third bedroom sit across from the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen sized with a wooden bed frame. There are two night stands with lamps that sit on each side of the bed. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds with metal frames. There is a night stand with lamp in the middle of the beds. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with a large mirror and quartz counter top. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo.

The backyard is a high draw to this beautiful property. Sit back and relax on a sun lounger next to the sparkling pool while listening to the tranquil sounds of water flowing into the pool from the fountains. The backyard has a large grassy area for the kids to play and yard games like to be played. There is a stainless steel BBQ grill for grilling out in the warm Arizona sun. The covered patio has an outdoor dinning table that can comfortable seat four people. Next to the dinning table is a comfortable wicker outdoor sectional sofa with a matching coffee table.
The owner has lawn games like cornhole and bocce ball for the guests to use. There is also a ping pong table in the garage.

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
