The fully equipped walk-through kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and a functional layout that flows into the dining area. The dining table sits beside a large picture window overlooking the river, creating a peaceful setting for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations while you watch the water flow by and spot the occasional duck or goose passing by!

The living room offers a welcoming space to relax and gather, featuring two comfortable sofas arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace that adds a warm touch on cooler evenings. A ceiling fan helps keep the space comfortable year-round, while the open layout provides a clear view through to the kitchen perfect for staying connected while cooking or spending time together. Off in the corner of the living room area, you ll find two arcade games for a little added fun and friendly competition. Enjoy your favorite shows or stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the home, making this space ideal for both relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring.

The kitchen and dining area offer an open, functional space designed for gathering and everyday convenience. The fully equipped walk-through kitchen features plenty of cabinets for storage, along with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and a standard coffee maker everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Just beyond, the dining area includes a main table that seats six, perfectly positioned in front of a large window where you can enjoy views of the water and the occasional passing wildlife. An additional table for two provides extra seating, making it easy to spread out for meals, morning coffee, or casual conversation.

Location / Roads / Parking:
The location offers easy, convenient access with no steep or difficult mountain roads, making travel simple for most vehicles year-round. Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with additional space on the gravel drive for one trailer. The property is also motorcycle friendly, providing easy in-and-out access. For added convenience, you can walk to the nearby seasonal trolley stop, giving you access to public transportation throughout Pigeon Forge and making it easy to explore the area without driving.
You ll also be in a great central spot approximately 10 minutes from Gatlinburg, less than two miles from both Publix and Kroger for groceries, and just minutes from Dollar General for quick and convenient essentials.

Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
