Guests will appreciate the added convenience of a carport that can accommodate up to two vehicles, providing covered parking during their stay. 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the property. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.

$50 fee + VRBO service fee
30 days up - You will get all of your money back (minus the $150 cancellation fee and minus the VRBO service fee)
29 days or less - Whatever dates we can re-book is the amount that we will refund back (-$150).
Example: If you had 5 nights, we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25). That total will have subtracted the $150 cancellation fee Subtract the VRBO service fee.
