3,700 sq FT OLD ARIZONA CASITA - ALL YOURS TO EXPLORE AND ENJOY
Whether you are looking for a generational family reunion, a romantic, secluded getaway, a friends trip with private spaces, or simply to play hookey from a boring conference - this is a very special location. It has a, very peaceful, away from it all feel - yet it is literally minutes from anything you could possibly want to do - hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fabulous restaurants, shopping and some of the very best golf courses in the nation! The Casita is one building with 3 completely separate apartments, each uniquely furnished and with its own special character. Two have high ceilings, and the wonderful smell of fresh cut cedar. All have their own fully stocked kitchen, a large open bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and a private laundry. The Casita is entirely surrounded by old growth plantings, mountains, ancient saguaro cactus and legendary sunsets. And of course it overlooks a beautifully landscaped pool, with waterfalls and spa.
Old Arizona - the Old West - harkening back to a simpler life and a slower pace. There is a very special feeling about this place that is hard to put into words - the wonderful old growth trees, flowering shrubs and deep shaded patios create a space for guests to completely unwind while listening to the birds, wind chimes, and the trickle of fountains while watching the horses nearby romp and play. Over and over our guests tell us, I would be happy never leaving here.
Minimum Night stay requirements:
Weekdays: 2-nights Minimum (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday)*
Weekends: 3-nights Minimum (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday)*
*Please note that minimum nights may change depending on Seasons and Holidays and must be approved by Parsons Villas.

The Bureaucrats at the city of Scottsdale want us to include the following to all our listings in the city of Scottsdale.
All dwellings units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). [sic]
The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but in order to avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank you for your understanding.
