The property is adorned with mature plantings and offers tranquil patios and balconies, where antique willow chairs beckon you to unwind completely while listening to the harmonious melodies of chirping birds, gentle wind chimes, and the soothing trickle of a nearby waterfall. The loft provides a spacious and open living area with two separate king-sized beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. It boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, pantry, and a generously-sized bathroom with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding desert through its large windows. The bathroom features a spacious triangular soaking tub, along with a separate toilet, shower, and convenient washer/dryer. Additionally, ample storage space and antique leather and wood furniture grace the loft. The largest of our three casitas, this loft also offers a remarkably large closet, perfect for accommodating a queen-sized air mattress for additional guests. However, please note that there is only ONE bathroom available.
HIKING, BIKING, and HORSEBACK RIDING! OH MY!
If you are looking for peace, love nature and actually being able to see the stars at night, you will love this property. Guests are shocked as it FEELS like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet the entire ranch is just minutes away from hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fabulous restaurants, shopping and some of the very best golf courses in the nation! You can hop on a bike and within a mile directly access one of the gateway trail heads to the McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve with over 225 miles of trails for all uses. We are exactly 1 mile in each direction from the main Scottsdale access roads.
